Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent. Would highly recommend this rental. 4 balconies. Only used one. Wi-fi was on par with home and all my favorite grocery stores In reasonable distance. Even publix which I use when at our house in Fort Lauderdale. Had to leave for one day for a walk through on some land clearing/ 900’ driveway and home lot. Had late lunch with family and drove the three hours back because I wanted to get my beach walk in.
