Property employs a great economy of space although the bunk style beds might be more comfortable for youth than full size adults. The Scooby Shack has TWO decks and is a hop skip and a jump to the beach so the smaller sleep areas were no issue for us—we were too busy enjoying everything outside! The complex across the street has two restaurants and an ice cream shoppe. You could not be better situated to disappear on a beach vacay and have everything right at hand! Recommend this property and would love to return!!! (read the description so you see the compact layout - king bed is a BIG bed but the bunks are smaller - fit a 5’8” medium build adult but the 5’10” was a bit cramped) Side note-\*there is a fire house next door— heard a siren/horn or two during the stay but nothing excessive or disruptive ##### deirdri f. Great use of space- every nook and cranny is used to optimal efficiency. The king bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything we needed, and its nice to have sheets and towels provided. It's quick and easy to get to the beach. We were so happy to be able to bring our cockapoo, and she felt very comfortable there. We definitely will stay there again if we return to NorthTopsail. ##### Karen H. Easy check in and check out. Easy access to the beach and just a short drive to dining, entertainment and grocery store.
