A Note About Beach Access:
If you're unfamiliar with the north end of North Topsail Beach, please note that this area experiences ongoing beach erosion, which can limit direct beach access from some buildings in the Topsail Reef complex.

While access can be affected, it shouldn't be a deterrent, there are 8 buildings in the community, and even if one set of stairs is closed, others may still be usable. Public beach access points are also available to the north and south, though they may require a short drive.

That said, one of the most incredible parts of staying here is how close the ocean gets at higher tides, offering stunning views and a unique, up-close beach experience you won’t find elsewhere on the island.

Note: Due to changing tides and coastal storms, the beach and dunes at the north end of North Topsail Beach have been impacted, resulting in some changes to the shoreline directly in front of the complex. The amount of usable beach may vary, and on some occasions, it might be more convenient to use one of the nearby public beach access points.

Beach Access #1 is just 1 mile south of the condo—about a 3-minute drive—and offers free parking. There’s also another public access point just north of Building 1.

Please note: sandbags have been placed along the shore to help prevent erosion. For your safety and in accordance with city regulations, please do not walk on them. This rule is strictly enforced.
