I have visited Topsail for more than 50 years and know that often the condos on the beach are less than clean. Not this unit! It was perfectly clean and even ready early for our stay. Seems like people just park there to go to beach. The property itself had caution tape in many places, lots of things broke. The condo itself was nice and clean and only thing bad about condo is the mattress. I’m 46 years old and the floor was more comfortable. Stairways are dirty and the whole place needs to be upgraded and painted. But as I stated the condo itself was nice and nice views.
