Spend a little time with your family, including the family pooch, at the beach to make Precious Memories that will last a lifetime! You'll love being on the north end of the island in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home where you can sit back, relax and let time pass you by.  
  
This home features the reverse floor plan so you can take advantage of the exquisite views of the ocean from the top floor sun deck and even from inside the great room. Inside the spacious living room, the family can enjoy movie night on the large 55" flat screen TV.  Steps away is the kitchen and dining area. You'll love bringing the family together to enjoy a fresh seafood meal. Mealtime will be a hit at this home! Just in case you want more water views, step out to the back balcony off the living room to see the sound. Try to catch a sunset out here!  
  
Enjoy the easy walk, less than 5 minutes, to the beach down a sandy path for a day filled with surf sun and sand!

Your beach house rental is located approximately 13.3 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge and 5 miles north of the North Topsail Beach high rise bridge. You’ll love the peace and quiet here! The Island Market and Tiki Bar is across the street for your enjoyment and convenience. You’re just minutes away from a Golf Digest four-star championship course, North Shore Country Club, fresh seafood markets, restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops and more in Sneads Ferry! For the fisherman at heart, it's just a short drive to the inlet at the north end point (less than 5 minutes) or visit the Sea View pier. Drive to nearby Surf City to visit additional restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past
