Topsail beach and it will become our annual beach place! We typically stay a little further south in Wrightsville beach but this location was so tranquil with lots of amenities. The condo itself was wonderful. The best thing about this particular location is that you can see both the ocean and the sound side of the island. This unit is located in the same building as ARGGGG which is a fabulous restaurant for a quick meal. Getting to and from the beach and pool is a breeze! The condo was very clean and I thoroughly enjoyed the linen service! It is equipped with all the essentials. The host was generous in letting us borrow some beach chairs that were in the nearby storage. The host was very responsive with any questions I had and answered many questions before I even asked. Even though it was a "Mommy Daddy getaway" it would also work for folks with small children. Our son is 16 and 5' 10" so the bunk beds would have been a little uncomfortable for him. Check in and out was a breeze and Todd was very responsive to any and all texts. I felt completely comfortable asking anything and felt as though he would have bent over backwards to make sure we had a fantastic stay. We are considering making this a yearly booking. The only "ding" is that the hot tub was not functional but Todd explaine that it was due to permit issues with the "resort" and out of his control. ##### Tony V.
