I am 80 years old with two bad knees from playing 8 years as a football linebacker I was never able to park my car to use the elevator closest to my condo,and was forced to walk from the lot across the street! Any unit I have rented before had a assigned space for the unit that was in close proximity to the rental unit. Aug 11, 2024 Liked: Location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in, communication #### Great condo, bad property Great condo itself-good decor, plenty of space, clean, well-stocked with kitchenware, etc. The property (Villa Capriani) was very poorly managed and the management company for the property was not helpful. First, the elevator on the side of the building we were staying was not working the entire time we were there, meaning checking in and out going up three flights of narrow stairs. They did have valet carts available but they were cheap and that meant walking around half the building to use the elevator, which was in high demand. Second, both hot tubs they have on property were not working the entire time we were there, and supposedly had been not functioning for quite some time. Third, the property grounds were not well-maintained: mildew on large decorative rocks around the pools (could have used a pressure wash), empty large flower/landscaping beds/containers, no umbrellas at the pool, bad paint jobs on the structures around the property, etc. They had to close the primary pool the last few days there because of an issue caused by storms (which is understandable), but they posted a sign saying the pool was closed...nothing about apologizing for the inconvenience or anything. Just very poorly managed property and the management company for the property was useless...they didn't care when I shared the issues with them-they directed me to the onsite management at Villa Capriani.
