The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. Close to the beach and pool. Most things supplied. This house DOES supply bedding, towels, etc. we did not see anything about this and packed several suitcases we didn’t need.
