We had a great time staying at north topsail. We enjoyed ebertbing the place had to offer. We loved the beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Make sure to bring linens and there is everything else you need at Monika’s Place!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The condo was beautiful. The views of the ocean and beach from the living area and primary bedroom were unbeatable! The sight and sound of the ocean make it understandable that the owners call this their happy place! The pool was a nice addition for when my youngest wanted a break from the waves. My husband and I spent each morning drinking our coffee on the patio, taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. Our entire family loved our stay. It was our second time in Topsail, but our first time staying here. Topsail has easily become my new favorite beach. Our kids are already asking if we can stay at this condo next year. The owners were great and helping with any concerns. I do not have a single complaint or suggestion because it was just perfect! I truly hope to be back!

Love! Great location if looking for beach front property with a great view but without hassle of crowds and parking. Clean and spacious home with everything you need and property overall is very family friendly. Only note I have is bring portable fan if you run on hotter side. Also, waves are constant and can be on bigger side... perfect for boogie boarders but beware there are no life guards on site. Would go back again for sure

The room was very nice, clean, and I felt like I was at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every night. The view from the balcony was the best part, I felt like when I was on the balcony I was sitting on the beach. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys that you could use. I loved the keyless entry, and it locked automatically. The owners always touched base with us to make sure everything was ok. The den had enough chairs for my family of 5 to watch movies every night. I would definitely go back and rent again. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

This place was wonderful! When you first walk in, the view is what gets your attention. Perfect view of the ocean and beach and nothing else! But then you turn around and the condominium itself is beautiful. Skylight, telescope, beautiful artwork, huge TV, well-stocked kitchen, handicapped accessible showers, plenty of sleeping space, and all decorated beautifully. Everything was there to make the week enjoyable. And oweners were great to work with. If possible, we will be back.
