It does not support passengers\*\* \* Private pool can be heated for an additional $300 non-refundable fee during mid to late March - June 1 and September 1 - November 1 (weather and outdoor temperature permitting); 3-to-4-day notice is required prior to your arrival date to have the pool heat turned on. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 plus tax for each pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. The pool is very tiny and cold, wasn't able to be heated as advertised. Lots of weeds surrounding so we didn't enjoy that part of the property this vacation but did enjoy fishing off the dock and the short walk to the beaches and playground for some basketball and ice cream.
