This home was clean, clean, clean! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for any kind of food preparation. It is very well laid out and has a NICE large island for work, serving or just sitting and enjoying family. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and family room were spacious and comfortable. The views were fabulous and beach access and pool were right there. Even the weather cooperated! I definitely recommend this home for families with children. We would love to return! ##### Susan M. Everyone in our group said this was the best beach house we stayed at in Topsail. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size, the master bed/bath was grand, and the common space very spacious. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed, and it was helpful to have pictures in each cupboard to see where everything goes. We loved speaking with our informative and friendly owner. The management team was responsive, respectful, and very helpful in answering all our questions. The community pool is located beside the house, but is not in use. It has significant damage to the structure around it. The water in the pool is green. Apparently it has been out of order for quite a while. The listing should have been updated with this information.
