Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. The location is perfect with the sound on one side and the Ocean close by just across the street. The place was perfect for our 24 family members. It was clean and nicely decorated. Lots of room and all the extras we needed, like a pool, elevator and plenty of bathrooms and deck space!! The views of the ocean, and the sound in all its glory, were so enjoyable. The pier and dock were a huge plus! For once in our vacation experiences, there were adequate bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the double dishwashers! We enjoyed the large family style dining tables which accommodated a multi-family group. We had a minor issue with the pool, but Access Realty was very responsive and addressed that immediately. Their communication with us was superior.
