Both my sister and I are elderly the beds were very very uncomfortable the ice maker worked on and off. When we brought this to the attention of Seashore Realty at the front desk of the resort the woman behind the counter was very nasty with us

Beachfront escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in N. Topsail and in the condo. The balcony offered a perfect outdoor space with a beautiful view, particularly on the days when the weather kept us off the beach. The beach itself was wonderful, though it was a bit difficult for me to navigate getting over the dunes. However, I was able to use the handicap ramp and avoid the steps. Be aware that you must bring your own cleaning and paper products and beach chairs. As stated in a previous review, the second bedroom was very hot; it seems that the AC does not cool that room. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking essentials when we wanted to eat in, and area restaurants, including the on-site Ocean's Edge restaurant, provided many good options for the rest of the time. The area, though low-key, has a lot to offer for a fun beach vacation.

We found exactly what we needed here. Peace and quiet. The staff very friendly and helpful. Location perfect. Beach beautiful. Love that both bedrooms had sliding doors facing ocean so you could sleep with doors open and sound of the waves crashing on the beach. Perfect.

Great little condo

Nice, clean condo and very comfortable with great ocean views. one bedroom with a queen and one with two single beds, both with balcony access. Grocery stores and gas stations are not very convenient, but that's minor. Check-in was easy and we received a welcome customer service call immediately after making our on-line booking. that answered all our questions. My wife and I found this as a last minute booking for a very short, 3 night stay and appreciated the availability.

The Best Oceanviews

Had a lovely time this week with the family. Mom enjoyed sitting out on yhe balcony watching everyone and the ocean. Kitchen is stocked full of all the things you need daily. We brought mattress toppers for all beds so we all slept good all week. Will definitely be back! TV in living worked great, tv bedrooms were never used so don't know if they worked well or not. The room with the twin beds didn't get cool enough like the rest of the rooms, but there is a fan in there and it really helps. No trash disposal in the sink, but we were fine without. Having a trash chute in every floor was very helpful. Thank you for a great stay!
