There is a wall of glass on this side of the home that perfectly showcases the beautiful Atlantic Ocean right outside your door. This room also provides direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find seating for enjoying those mesmerizing ocean views.
The secondary living room (sunset room) on this level is to the rear of the house and it offers some of the best sunset views onTopsail Island. This room is equipped with 2 large sofas, arm chairs, end tables and lamps, coffee table and curio cabinets. There is also a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall in this room.
The kitchen is enormous and well equipped with all that is needed for basic meal preparations. There is a very long center island bar area with a prep sink and extra bar seating for 8 guests. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
