Sunrises and sunsets await you from either of the two-tier front and back decks of this custom new 2nd-row beach home! Sip coffee from our fully stocked coffee bar with ocean views from the third-level covered front deck in our outdoor captain's chairs! From the back decks you'll find yourself lost in the peace and tranquility of the most gorgeous sunsets NC has to offer in our outdoor rockers. Large island and dining, kayaks, grill, bikes! Spacious bedrooms include 2 king rooms, 1 queen room and one bunk room including twin over full bunks and a trundle option. En-suites in the king rooms, Jack and Jill shared between queen and bunk room. Large open reverse floor plan with beautiful coastal decor and custom built everything! Smart TVs in all rooms and living area. Embrace the mornings on our decks, treating yourself to premium coffee from our full coffee bar, skillfully matched with mouthwatering waffles from our delectable waffle bar! Make the most of your beach days with access to our chairs, wagon, beach towels, and a variety of bikes and kayaks for additional recreational fun! Messages will be sent to guests at certain times during their booking/stay. We will be available to contact via cell for needs/issues. Parking for at least 5 utilizing the carport area as well as driveway. Plenty of room for your boat/jet ski. Beach access points are located in various places on the Island, utilizing credit card payment, while there are some beach access points that are still free. \*\*PLEASE NOTE; A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT AND A SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING\*\* Smoking not permitted. Primary guest age minimum requirement of 25, with Government issued ID that has been verified by booking platform or property owner. The names of all guests who will be in the home during the stay must be provided. If at any time the guest list changes, limited to the max occupancy only, the owner should be notified immediately, and owner approved. Security deposit required. No more than 10 guests should occupy the property at any time without prior approval. Termination of remainder of reservation without refund will occur and fees will be charged equal to the current nightly rate per person, per day, of the extra unapproved guests. Topsail Island is a family-oriented beach. We are located near residential communities and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Please keep noise to a minimum late at night and early morning. We have a "no party and no events" rule to keep noise below an intolerable level for our neighbors. North Topsail Beach has the right to enforce local noise ordinance laws if necessary. We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic and the protection of our property. This includes service animals of any kind. An initial fee of $500 will be collected from the card on file for breaking this rule as well as $250 per day, per pet, will apply if a pet is brought into the home, as well as termination of stay without refund of any days. Fireworks or any kind or explosive devices are not permitted at any time on the property and illegal for the Town of North Topsail Beach. Immediate termination of stay without refund will occur if this is detected. Security deposit will be kept. RV/camper parking is not permitted on the property. The hosts were very gracious, and responded in a timely manner. They gave very detailed instructions days, even weeks before our stay. The house was amazing, very clean, and was able to accommodate 10 people comfortably. They have everything that you would ever need, and were all clearly labeled. Any questions or concerns we had were adressed immediately. Having the elevator was great especially for our mother who uses a walker. Plenty of parking spaces. We did not have to worry about taking down the beds or putting the sheets and towels in the washer. It was a 5-star check out experience. Will definitely come back here. Thanks, Tina and Greg. The waffle bar was a big hit and the elevator was a bonus. The only downside to the vacation was the remnants of the tropical storm Debby which unfortunately winds and rain the whole week. We had two families of four including 4 boys age 3-7 and my mother-in-law in our group. The space was very clean and inviting with a place for everyone. We all remarked on the expansive stock of kitchen gadgets and essentials well beyond the typical beach house. The bathrooms were well stocked as well with hand soap and toiletries in each bathroom, also not typical from our other experiences. The pack and play with included sheets was also a nice touch as we were flying in and didn’t have to bring this with. The beach towels, chairs and all the other equipment including the beach cruiser bikes and wagons were super useful and well. Overall an excellent stay with beautiful views. Tina and Greg are truly the best hosts... from the very first communication, to responding to questions while we were there, and to the communications after we left. The home was beautiful as well as comfortable and clean; it is set up for families and/or friends. The kitchen met all the needs of the chefs in our family, and the dining room table was perfect for gathering everyone around for meals and games. The bedrooms were equipped with great mattresses and wonderful linens; and, the bathrooms had everything we needed. It is a short walk to the beach and, surprisingly, the beach wasn't crowded. Andrew's Produce Stand was just as close and it was so easy to pick up fresh veggies and fruit. The Fish Market was a short drive away and the seafood was great. Honestly, if you are considering Anchored Sol I would book now, because this property won't stay on the rental market long. The property is new, immaculate, and has a really comfortable layout. It is also well-stocked with kitchen appliances/supplies and beach supplies. The bedrooms are all good sizes, reasonable storage and the beds themselves were comfortable. The natural light and views are awesome - especially on the top floor which has the kitchen and dining/living room. There are porches on the front and the back of the unit -- we spent a lot of time hanging out, eating and reading on the back porch in particular as it faces a very private view of the sound. We had two families (3 adults, 4 youth - 9 to 18 years) and of course, had more than enough beds/space. The younger kids really enjoyed the bunkbed room. It came with a storage chest full of games which we utilized. The location is great if you are looking for a relaxing, less crowded type of experience. It is roughly the same distance from Surf City and Sneads Ferry - that meant that when we had to get some supplies or shop, we sometimes headed up towards to Sneads Ferry and sometimes down to Surf City. This unit is not directly on the beach. It is on the opposite side of the street. However, accessing the beach is reasonable. You need to either walk or drive (we did both) about 1/4 of a mile north to the public access location. "public access" does not translate into "crowded". This was mid July and the beach was empty every day. It was amazing. I suspect those seeking public access for a single day, likely hit the ones that are near bridge access so this one is not heavily used. The beach at this area is also very wide with lots of space. Finally, I must mention two nearby gems: Andrews Produce is \~ right next store... we all loved walking there and making purchasing -- tomatoes were amazing, peaches, salsa (the best I have ever had! ... I and I even lived in Texas for awhile ;-), etc.. a fun thing to do for everyone. And then there is Paddle NC that is just 1.5 miles south. We rented kayaks and a Stand Up Paddle (SUP). We booked online the night before and the process to get setup, instructions, etc.. were all very straightforward. In summary, we highly recommend this property. ##### Douglas C.
