Restore...by the Sea is a 3-story townhouse offers three luxurious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and elegant living space. This townhome is the interior unit on the north side. Splash about in the shared pool and hot tubs or take a short stroll across the dunes to feel the sand between your toes. 1 Min Walk to the Beach 2 Min Drive to Sea View Pier 18 Min Drive to Surf City Pier ☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆ This gorgeous oceanfront home has 3 bedrooms with smart televisions and a sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate 10 people. There is 1 kind bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin bunk beds, and a queen sofa bed. BEDROOM 1 - The expansive primary bedroom takes up the entire top level, and can reached by elevator or stairs. This spacious bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and a wall-mounted 65” flat-screen TV. Enjoy direct access to the oceanfront balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed ocean views. This bedroom has an elegant ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a large soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. BEDROOM 2 - The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with a cushy queen-sized bed and offers direct oceanfront views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Step through the sliding glass doors to access the peaceful decks beyond and gaze out at the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll find a comfortable desk and chair in the corner of this room in case you need to work during your stay. BEDROOM 3 - The third bedroom is located on the first floor on the sound side, and offers a full-sized bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Equipped with ample amenities, including a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and reading lights, it’s a great room for kids to have fun in their own space after a fun-filled day of exploring the local beaches. SOFA BED - If you need some extra sleeping space, you’ll find the sectional couch in the living room pulls out into a queen-sized bed. BATHROOM 1 - This spa like primary bathroom is located on the third floor with the primary bedroom. There is a large soaking tub, a walk in shower, and dual vanities BATHROOM 2 - There is a family bathroom on the first floor between the second and third bedrooms. This full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combo, convenient for bathing the kids. There is also a laundry room on this level so you can keep your clothes and towels fresh during your stay. Personal Elevator for the different floors of the condo was great for bringing in luggage or groceries. The steps to get to the Beach were fine for us but could be difficult for anyone with health issues that steep steps could aggravate.Also, if you are staying in units 3 or 4, access to the gazebo area is not direct. You have to go downstairs to the pool area then go up steps on the units 1&2 side or go down to the beach and then go back up the other steps to get to the Gazebo. The main floor is very tight for a group of 8-10 people. The 4 person hot tub was broken during our stay and parts of the house could have been cleaner. The main floor furniture could use a refresh. The outdoor furniture is screwed to the deck in opposite corners so there was no pulling a couple of chairs together for coffee or wine on the deck. Sitting 14-15 feet apart in opposite corners felt odd. All that being said, management was responsive, check in was easy, they sent helpful reminders, and the beds were comfortable. ##### Michelle R. The property is clean and well maintained. This is huge for my wife. Ocean views were spot on and the pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. Management was very responsive through the whole process. We are now looking for 2024 dates to return. ##### Zach B. The online guest portal was very easy to use and the property was perfect for our family. The weather was great and we were just a few steps from the beach. The check-in process was a little confusing but there was constant communication with the property manager so it wasn’t a big deal. I would say to plan your parking because space is very limited- that would be the only drawback to this property but it isn’t enough to keep us away! We’ll be back next year! ##### Matt S. The pool was not usable in our opinion because of all the rough rocks used for fill between the stones surrounding the pool. The rocks were all over the surface and could not walk on without shoes. Not acceptable for pool area. Also I emailed on Monday that spicket handle was broken on water hose coming in from beach and wanted you to replace asap but heard nothing. Other than these 2 issues which can easily be fixed, the property was as described. ##### TIM E.
