Bring your bathing suit and get ready to make special memories that will last a lifetime. This unique Top Floor, End unit offers an oversized ocean front balcony giving you a birds eye view to the passing dolphin and crystal blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The private 8 x10 screened in porch provides the perfect spot to relax and witness the spectacular display of color from the sun setting over the intracoastal waterway. This unit is perfect for a couple or small family. Master Bedroom with King Size bed along with a standard size sleeper sofa and twin size sofa chair in the living room for the children to use. Loaded with Amenities Topsail Dunes sits right on the ocean and has Direct beach access with a walkway from first floor to beach and outdoor showers when you come off the beach. Along with the large community pool there is a playground for children and adults to enjoy basketball, Bocce ball, corn hole, horseshoes and bowling. Multiple grills with a covered picnic area make for a fun family burger night in the open air as you view the sun setting over the Inter-Coastal . To make preparing for your vacation easier and to insure high quality bedding our rates INCLUDE ALL BEDROOM and BATH LINENS. Beds will be made with sanitized sheets for your arrival. We also include starter supplies of soap, Paper goods, Dish Detergents and Coffee. (aprox Value $200 plus) All you need is your bathing suits. We also supply beach chairs and beach towels for your visit. This unit is in Building 3 of Topsail Dunes and does have 1 elevator. Topsail Island has several great local restaurants, grocery stores along with bike, paddle board and boating rentals. North Shore Golf Club in nearby Sneads Ferry is open to Public Play and offers the perfect combination of natural beauty and challenging 18 hole play. Tennis and pickleball courts available on newly refinished public courts at the North Topsail Beach Park located at 465 New River Inlet Rd (3 miles from condo) . On the small side, but big enough for two people. Oceanview from the balcony. Based on the listing the unit was further away from the pool and beach than we anticipated. Found this condo on line and it was perfect. I loved both porches. The amenities were fantastic felt like home. Not institutional at all like some VRBOs. Robyn was fantastic to work with and the facility was quiet. Found some great restaurants and spent most of our time on the beach. Looking forward to coming back soon! ##### Tamara B. Robyn was available at all times even though she was on vacation in Ireland! We had a little confusion when we first got here (because Robyn has 2 units available) but friends in the parking lot helped us, called Robyn, and all was well! We loved the screened in front porch with the sound view just as much as the balcony and the ocean view. Everything was just as advertised and Robyn was great. She has a great property that is ideal for a couple. It was as shown on VRBO. It was clean and well kept, there was a little note book with a list of local eateries and some menu recommendations.
