This charming coastal home offers breathtaking ocean and sound views from nearly every room. Just a short walk from the sand, it's the ideal spot for families, friends, and even your four-legged companions. With a large, fenced yard, kids and dogs have plenty of room to play safely while you unwind on one of four spacious decks. At ground level, you’ll find plenty of parking, a convenient entryway for rainy days, and a private enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water—perfect for rinsing off after a sandy day at the beach. Head up to the first floor, where three comfortable bedrooms each open to the deck through sliding glass doors, offering easy access to the outdoors. Two shared full bathrooms are located on this level, making it ideal for families or groups. The reverse floor plan places the main living area on the top level to maximize the views. The bright and open living room invites you to relax with a movie, dive into a book from the well-stocked library, or simply enjoy time together. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze and includes a flat-top stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and ice maker. The primary suite features a comfortable king-sized bed and its own ocean-view deck —the perfect spot for a quiet evening under the stars. The en-suite bathroom includes dual vanities, a jetted tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Entertainment options are abundant, with TVs in the bedrooms, DVD players, family games, books, and more. You’ll also have Wi-Fi, ceiling fans throughout, and a washer/dryer. Book your stay today and experience the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm on Topsail Island! ALL bed linens and towels are provided; however, we do not provide beach towels. (1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth. ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a week's stay.
