#### Decent no frills place

great beach location! Condo had some wear and tear. Could definitely use some additional pans in kitchen. Hot and stuffy unit, AC was on but we ended up going to buy some fans to help sleep at night. This was a last minute booking for us and ultimately was a decent stay for beachfront location. The only major issue we had was at check in we were told that neither elevator was working and they didn’t have any estimate when they would be working. This unit is on the third floor.

#### Nice place!

This year we booked a small condo for just my spouse and one of our grown kids but my other daughter and her family were able to come and join for the day and we seemed to have plenty of space for them too! The condo was clean and smelled like it had just been cleaned when we arrived which I greatly appreciate being a nurse and just a person who is a little picky about that! The only “wish” I would say I have is that the kitchen supplies were better. Tolls are limited! The space is small and utensils are sparse and kind of in a basket so it was just not as convenient as what I’ve been used to having in other units. I had to purchase foil pans for instance because other than pots and a couple of fry pans, there is nothing for the oven! Otherwise, very nice stay and we always love Topsail!!!

#### Stay Away

Stay at the St. Regis, just stay in another unit. The walls and floor boards were filthy, the blinds broken, paint peeling off the balcony floor in large chunks, and the bath mats were so disgusting I washed them myself. I sent an email with pictures to the property management group and they never sent a response. We were happy with our stay otherwise. We will consider staying at the St. Regis again, just not this unit or this property manager.
