Beautiful cottage "U sjezdovky", 2 storeys, detached, renovated in 2023\. In a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill. Private: property, garden (fenced). Golf course (9 hole) 20 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, cycle lane 100 m, ski lift, slopes, ski rental, ski school 150 m, cross country ski track 100 m. Nearby attractions: Rozhledna Černá Studnice 5 km, Muzeum obrněné techniky Smržovka 1 km, Vodopády Jedlové 10 km, Kittelovo muzeum v Krásné 7 km, Aquapark Babylon, IQLandia, ZOO Liberec 20 km, Bozkovské jeskyně 22 km.
