Enjoy the convenience of your very own terrace during your stay at this charming holiday rental in Železný Brod, Czech Republic.

Embrace the great outdoors with the abundance of recreational opportunities surrounding Villa Nana. Embark on scenic hiking trails that commence just 10 meters from the property or explore the nearby cycle lane at a distance of 100 meters. Winter enthusiasts can revel in the proximity to ski slopes and lifts, located merely 2 kilometers away, along with ski rental and ski school facilities. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the convenience of a track situated within 100 meters of the cottage.

The cottage "Chalupa 13ka" is a 7-room accommodation spread across two levels. It features two spacious living rooms, each with a sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, and television. One living room is on the main level, while the other is located on the lower ground floor. Both living rooms provide direct access to a terrace. The cottage has five bedrooms, two of which are located on the lower ground floor, with each room containing two double beds. Two more bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, with one room having a double bed and the other containing two beds and one double bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
The cottage is equipped with modern amenities, including washing machines, dishwashers, induction hot plates, toasters, kettles, microwaves, freezers, and electric coffee machines with Nespresso capsules. Additionally, it offers floor heating, boilers, electric heating, and wood heating for your comfort. Outdoor facilities include a terrace with furniture, a barbecue area, and a box-room. The cottage can accommodate a maximum capacity of 12 guests and features three bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet.

The "Chalupa 13ka" cottage is designed for families and offers a comfortable and modern vacation experience. It is a non-smoking property, ensuring a clean and fresh environment for your stay. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties. The cottage provides reserved parking spaces for your convenience.
