Water views of duck river. A separate unit semi-attached to our home with private entrance. The room has an ensuite comprising separate toilet and shower. Queen bed with a sofa pullout bed available. 42-inch Smart TV. Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Kettle and kitchen essentials provided. There is no kitchen, but a hot plate is provided with pots and pans. The location is right on Duck River and on your patio you can sit and enjoy river views. A 5-minute walk to Smithton town. Linen and towels provided.
