Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. Downstairs is a rumpus room for big or small kids and outside has room for boats or boards. Ping-pong, X-Box, Wifi, firewood, and Netflix are included. Contact us to remove 7.5% levy. Recently renovated in Hamptons style with new super comfy beds, large double bedrooms and plenty of room for big and small kids to roam. Two separate living areas, a well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and spacious bedrooms this place has everything a big group could need. The fireplace was great for the chilly nights. The BBQ was perfect and the deck to relax on after a long day exploring had beautiful sea views on one side and rolling hills on the other. Plenty of space upstairs for everyone to gather around the TV to enjoy movies together or the games room downstairs. The check in process was seamless. Second time staying here and we enjoyed it as much as the first. House has everything that you could possibly need, the beds are sooooo comfortable, great deck for relaxing and catching the sea breeze. Jeremy was lovely and allowed us to arrive while cleaners finishing off as we arrived a little early. This home has everything you would ever need for your stay! Modern kitchen and bathrooms and everything was spotless. Great location, walking distance to beautiful Smith Beach.Would definitely recommend staying here.
