Learn to surf at the Smith Beach surf school or simply splash in the sea with the children on the patrolled beach or fossick for shells and sea creatures in the amazing rock pools at low tide. Smiths Beach provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends and the GP Circuit, Cowes and the Penguin Parade are all a short drive away.  
  
11 on Waikiki is a wonderful home boasting 2 living areas, with 46" TV and DVD together, with a fully equipped open plan kitchen with electric cooking, coastal features and dining for 6 guests.  
  
Spend your summer nights relaxing on the outdoor deck complete with BBQ and dining area to laze around whilst overlooking the beautiful views and sunsets of Smiths Beach.  
  
Be sure to open the windows to allow the sweet smell of the ocean, salt and coastal breeze to flow throughout.  
  
11 on Waikiki features 3 bedrooms, one being upstairs and the remaining two are downstairs. There is one queen bed in one room, one double bed in the other and two single beds in the third room.  
  
Whether you are entertaining or relaxing on the deck enjoying the views, or playing cricket in the backyard, 11 on Waikiki is ideal for a memorable escape.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.  
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.  
  
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
