We were pleasantly surprised at how clean comfortable and nice the apartment was. The hosts were great at communicating and were incredibly gracious as we needed to extend our stay a couple of days. Our college freshman got really sick that weekend with a virus that kept him down for days. it was nice to have plenty of room for him to come and rest and recuperate, and to be able to have ample room to spend time as a family and as an added bonus a great washer and dryer set to get him caught up on laundry while he stayed and recuperated. This property is stunning inside and out! The hosts were very communicative despite that I was not due to being very busy. The check in and check out was simple and easy to achieve. The home was clean. The outdoor patio was extremely dusty, but I did still sit outside and enjoy the view. The sunsets were beautiful! Love the way the home is styled. We were there for the night, since we had lacrosse games that weekend. Even in the snow it was easy to get to, and nice that it was a bit removed from town, but still not too far away from the university's indoor arena. It's also close to a grocery store and dining. The host was very nice and easy to work with. She also left a welcome basket with goodies in it. We plan on staying there again for future games. ##### Tamara C. Sep 9, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Outstanding Unit in Smithfield UT This is an outstanding unit with many next-level features, such as soft-close drawers, cabinet doors and toilet seats, elevated & dual bathroom sinks, new kitchen appliances, nice dual K-Cup/carafe Keurig coffee maker, large flat screen TV, and more. The view of Cache valley from the patio is spectacular—we spent several mornings drinking coffee on the patio watching the sunrise across the valley. Communication with the host was outstanding—zero issues. We would definitely check the availability of this unit on future visits to the area. ##### Scott F. We selected this place because it looked like a nice place to stay and they allowed pets. The place is clean and new. The views are wonderful. The neighborhood is not yet fully built out, so it is a bit more hazardous for walks with a dog. That is a bit more of a challenge given that the sprinklers in the yard go off every morning from 6-9 or so. That is the time when access to the backyard would be most beneficial (we have our sprinklers go off from 3-5am for this reason at our house). That was the only challenge we faced. Everything else was wonderful. Again, it is a really good place to stay. Thanks! ##### John M.
