« I made the right choice staying for two nights at this beautiful 5-star hotel. The check-in was superb, with Asia greeting me with a big smile and I was even upgraded! A young man came to offer me a drink and also helped with my luggage to my room. « Fabulous property. I think we were upgraded! Fully featured and can't fault the accommodation. Perfect location for the old town - 5 minutes walk. Plenty of grocery shops, bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk also. Minor irritations were that the key had to be collected from a different address which then required another Bolt to get to the property (but Bolts are extremely reasonably priced in Poland) and there are no facilities to store luggage despite this being advertised on Expedia....

"La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. L’emplacement était idéal et le petit déjeuner très varié et très bon Seul bémol le rapport qualité prix 200 euros la nuit pour un trois étoiles c est trop élevé … nous pensions à ce prix la être dans un 4 étoiles Pas de machine à café pas de coffre fort une salle de bains basique … Nous arrivions de Cracovie où nous avions passé 3 jours dans un 4 étoiles situé sur la grande place avec un3 décoration et du mobilier de grande qualité une salle de bain avec douche hydro massante une machine à café sophistiqué et une bouteille de prosecco offerte pour un montant de 411 euros avec un excellent petit déjeuner avec des plats chauds délicieux servis à la commande Bref déçus par le rapport qualité prix mais l hôtel est très bien situé insonorisé et très propre "

"I made the right choice staying for two nights at this beautiful 5-star hotel. The check-in was superb, with Asia greeting me with a big smile and I was even upgraded! A young man came to offer me a drink and also helped with my luggage to my room. The spa is very relaxing, and I loved the attention from Silvia, who checked in on me, offered me tea, and then brought it to me in the lounge area - a true pleasure. The room service was also excellent. I'd also like to commend the night team at the concierge desk. Looking forward to coming back soon!"
