Recently built Mediterranean villas on neighbouring plots, each one in its own garden and with its own pool. Suitable for individual bookings or for group of up to 24 persons. This recently renovated and refurbished hand made stone villa has been owned by many generations of the same family. Ideal place for relax far a way from stress life. Our villa is situated in a quiet little village Kremena, without much noise and crowds, in fact ideal for a quiet vacation without the crowds. Our guests are always have a nice time, and they can relax here. Here is beautiful nature with crystal clean see. Villa is located between Opuzen and Klek,or on the main road to Dubrovnik. Cilipi Airport is only 80 km. It is approximately 1 hour north of Dubrovnik and is a great base from which to take day trips to the town of Ston, the wine region on the Peljesac Peninsula, the island of Korcula and Medjugorje and Mostar in Bosnia.Villa Kameni dvori is ideal place for friends and familes which want to go together on holiday and of course still have complete privacy .Our Villas are hand made on tradicional way of stone. House consists of two modern decorated and full equiped apartments. \-The ground floor contains of 2 lovely bedrooms with a large double bed. Modern bathroom with a shower. Fully equipped kitchen and living room with pull-out sofa. In front of this apartment is large terrace with large wooden table for 12 people, mediteran plants and pool with daskchairs… \-The second floor has the same arrangement as on the ground floor. In front of this floor is terrace with garden furniture In this villa there are 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. In the courtyard (which is completely walled and gated) there is a large swimming pool and spacious for dining area. Also by the pool there is a large outdoor grills area for family barbecue, cocktails or other fun of Your choice. The property consists of 2 old stone houses, which were completely renovated and they are today a combination of the traditional and the modern. Villa Kameni dvori is ideal for larger families or groups of friends, who’d like to spend their holidays together, but still have their privacy. There was plenty of space for 7 of us, and we enjoyed using the outdoor grill. The house was a 10 minute walk from the beach, the pool was wonderful and the check in process was easy. The house is well equipped with a change of towels every third day. The communication with the owner was very smooth and we got a warm welcome and a nice good bye. The house we rented has two floors with 2 bedroom on each floor. There is a sofa bed in the kitchen which is most suitable for children. The nearest store is about 10 km away from the house. Brödbilen kommer runt kl 11 varje dag, där man kan köpa färskt bröd, pålägg etc.. Bil är ett måste för att kunna åka och handla eller hitta på saker då det inte finns kommunikationer och svårt att få tag på taxi. Wi-fi funkar sådär. Josip was the Perfect host, and we even got fresh vegetables from his garden. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. The pebble Beach just five minutes walk away from the house was very Nice and not too crowded. But of course you could by beer, ice cream and good coffee there. And the view - spectacular! Even the missing coffee-machine (Broken from guests who had left before us) was renewed. We've stayed in Kameni Dvori for 10 nights between 26 June and 6 July. First thing I must say is that the booking process was extremly easy and smooth thanks to the villa owner Ana. Not only she was rapidly replying to all our messages (trust me, there was plenty of them!) answering even the most trivial questions, but also she helped us with car booking! Thanks agaian Ana! Villa Kameni Dvori complex is based in Kremena, small, quite village very close to Klek, Opuzen and Metkovic, towns where you can make your shopping, go to restaurant or just chill out. There is a easy access to the sea (8min walk), pebble beach, little bar with super friendly staff and possibility of renting kayaks, pedlos/paddle boats make this place really charming and family friendly. Villa itself is exactly as shown on the pictures. Very clean, made to high standards and spacious. Big fridge freezers and very comfy beds are also important part of the villa. Pool was cleaned regulary, towels were changed every few days, Ana and her brother were always ready to help! Upon arrival and when we were leaving, we were given few bottles of brandy/cherry liquer and olive oil (both fantastic ! ! ! ) which was a very kind gesture from Ana. Overall, don't hesitate booking Kameni Dvori if you want to stay in this very area! I hope we'll be back soon! The villa complex is amazing and have everything you need for a self-sufficient holiday. The location is great, not far from the sea and a short drive to local supermarkets and towns, with some great places to walk or run. Ana and her brother Josip were the perfect hosts. At arrival we got a welcome trip in the neighborhood, fresh fruit and a welcome refreshing drinks. The house was in good condition. At departure we got farewell gifts as well. Very nice.The pool was very appreciated by kids as well as adults. The region is very nice and the house well located for day trips out to the islands nearby or elsewhere.
