The fixings for a continental breakfast were much appreciated after a long drive. It is a lovely riverside walk to Sligo center, where restaurants, pubs, music, shops and museums await. The back yard was beautiful. Well located close to the main part of Sligo with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. All of these areas were in walking distance along the river walk which was great. Chris and Colette are fabulous hosts. Great communication. In the home, they have a book with a ton of tips for everything from dining and live music to local crafts and grocery stores. Our host, Chris, was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or problems. However, our dealings with VRBO has been a nightmare when it came to payments and confirmation of our stay. At this point I have been charged with 3 payments instead of 2 totaling 500 euro more than the fee for the property.
