Wow what a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful hotel. The whole stay was exceptional, the design, decor and detail was second to none. The owners and staff could not do enough for us, they made our holiday an even better one with their hospitality and knowledge of the whole island, nothing was too much!! Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable, we also had a balcony overlooking the small but so peaceful pool area. Breakfast was amazing too, we were offered anything at all from a lite bite to a full cooked breakfast which was fresh and delicious. I have got to say that this is possibly the best hospitality I have ever been given and would return in a heartbeat.

I've stayed in many luxury hotels and Iniala Valletta is at the top of the list!!! I'm so happy I didn't stay in the St. Julian area. This was a beautiful view of the grand Harbour... quiet and elegant. I cannot compliment the staff and hotel enough.

Stayed in the sky room with amazing views however the windows need cleaning so spoilt the view somewhat from the inside.

Terrible experience. The apartment was in poor condition, and the entire building was filthy, with pigeon droppings and feathers everywhere — impossible to avoid, even inside the flat. The building itself was under construction, which was never disclosed beforehand. The shower was broken — every time we used it, water leaked heavily and flooded the entire bedroom. Communication with the host was awful: our messages before arrival were ignored, and once we arrived at the address, we were denied access until we paid unexpected charges. Only after payment were we redirected to a completely different location, where the host refused to assist us and was rude over the phone. Other tenants had to help us find the apartment. The provider's behavior was deceptive and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve just returned from a week-long stay and, overall, we had a lovely time. The hotel is very modern, and the rooftop pool was a highlight. We spent many days up there and really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good; there wasn’t a huge amount of choice, but we always found something we liked. There were, however, a few things that could have been better. The plugs either side of the bed didn’t really work, and our air-conditioning unit was leaking water. We were also given an accessible room, but unfortunately the shower head wouldn’t stay up, so it wasn’t the most relaxing shower. We had to ask for the shower gel and soap to be refilled, and even when we returned around 3–4pm, our room still hadn’t been cleaned. On our final day, we experienced numerous power cuts and weren’t given much information, only finding out what was happening after going to reception to ask. The rooftop pool was lovely, although the bar doesn’t open until around 1–2pm. Naturally, we bought water and snacks to take up before it opened. Once it did open, the staff were a little abrupt when we touched a bottle of water, telling us we couldn’t drink it. I found this slightly rude, as I would have ordered drinks from the bar if it had opened earlier. The location is perfect, around a 10-minute walk to the waterfront, restaurants and ferry port, with a bus stop very close by. Overall, we had a lovely stay and the hotel has a lot going for it.
