    It boasts a spacious living, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen & 3 comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to six guests!

    Just moments away from Sliema`s bustling heart!

    The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

    For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace is available. Air-conditioning is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

    Living Room | The living area features a big comfy sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed and can take up another extra guest.

    Enjoy your favourite shows or stream music on the TV which is connected to the internet.

    The main bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and it also features an en-suite with a shower, sink and toilet. This bedroom is ideal for couples who wish to enjoy privacy & convenience.

    The second bedroom features 2 single beds and the last bedroom includes 1 single bed.

    For over and above 5 guests, we can prepare the sofabed which can accommodate an additional guest.

    Bathrooms | 2 Full Bathrooms. Apart from the en-suite, there is also another full bathroom in which all guests can have access to and it features a bathtub, sink and a toilet.

    For your comfort and convenience, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, a washer, and a drying rack.These amenities ensure a seamless stay, whether you’re here for a short vacation or an extended visit.

    Kindly note that we provide fresh linens, free toilettres and 2 towels per guests.

    You`ll find nearby beach clubs for a day of sun and relaxation, and the bustling area of St. Julian`s is just a quick drive away. Here, you’ll discover Paceville, Malta’s nightlife hotspot, offering an array of bars, clubs, and entertainment options.

    Sliema itself boasts excellent shopping opportunities, with nearby malls and boutique stores, and a diverse range of dining options, from charming local eateries to trendy international restaurants.

    Sliema is the perfect base for your Maltese adventure. Enjoy exploring this vibrant and welcoming neighborhood during your stay!

    The apartment is situated in the heart of Sliema making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

    We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads of Sliema.

    If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.

    For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Sliema but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

    1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

    2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

    3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

    4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

    5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

    6. What is included in the apartment.

    - Shower gel
    - Plate liquid soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
