The Space With three spacious bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and three and a half bathrooms, the lodge comfortably hosts up to 10 guests. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and wide windows framing mountain views. The road is plowed regularly during winter, especially before and during guest stays. Because conditions can change quickly in the mountains, four-wheel drive is required in snowy months and we strongly recommend bringing tire chains for added traction. The house is beautiful in person and the photos don’t capture the true size and beauty of the interior and just how warm and inviting it really is. The property is quiet and well kept, which made the trip feel even more relaxing. We arrived to a beautifully lit Christmas tree, which was such a sweet surprise and set the tone for the week. The host was easy to reach and checked in to make sure we were all set. The location is gorgeous and made our Thanksgiving week feel special.
