We also require our guest to must have an income of at least three times the monthly rent and a credit score of 700 or higher. Background and credit check is required. Guest may book the date to secure the reservation, but if they fail the background or credit check, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. 8\. 【Unregistered Guests】 All visitors must be registered during their stay. Unregistered guests may incur a $50 fee per person. This ensures safety and quality for all.
