This charming villa is located 15 km from Skradin, a picturesque town on the Krka river. The villa itself was named after the Krka spring, near which it is located. This location in a traditional Dalmatian village exudes peace and tranquility, and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The proximity of the Krka National Park offers numerous opportunities for excursions, sports activities on the river, and exploration of the surrounding untouched nature, so Villa Izvor is perfect for lovers of outdoor activities.  
  
The two-story house itself can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The heated swimming pool is surrounded by lounge chairs for relaxation and a terrace with a barbecue, for enjoying traditional Dalmatian specialties. On the ground floor there is a separate apartment with a kitchen, dining and sleeping area, and a separate bathroom. The first floor of the house houses another living space with a kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace, and two bedrooms with a separate bathroom.
