Spent three days on Skopelos Island traveling alone. I stayed in Glossa at the Aegean Wave Hotel and loved everything about it. I enjoy the exceptional service provided by the owners of the hotel. My room and the restaurant had breathtaking views of the sea, glossa village, and other islands. It’s not directly in Glossa, but you’ll need a car or motorbike to get around the island anyway. I highly recommend Aegean Wave Hotel

Very good location, clean, large and comfortable rooms. A very good value for the money. Actually more of a suite. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Picked me up at the ferry boat dock, arranged a rental car and had a shirt ironed for me.

Polite & helpful staff. Room well equipped. Bathroom spacious and well equipped but needing some updating. No loo paper in the toilet still. When is this going to change in Greece? We are not in the '70s any more...

First of all my dear, we have been given a name not to hide it, but always honor it and use it and of course our aim is to protect other people not to face the same experience as we did. We do publish our address and telephone number in order that when somebody wants to have further informations, can easily get them. Dear , we are more than sure that the cabinet in the bathroom is full of toilet paper, due to the fact that the instructions are to replace the four pieces that are always there. On top of that, you even say that the staff was polite and helpful, then why you didn't ask somebody about the toilet paper or at least pick up the room service telephone and of course nobody would refuse! Now talking about Greek Civilization, I shall have to turn you back to 3000 years BC and you will easily understand what is that! Then you must read what Volfang Gaite, Albert Einstein, Karl Marx, Mahatma Gandhi, Friedrich Nietzsche , Frank Kafka, Albert Camus, Jean-Paul Sartre, William Shakespeare, Leon Tolstoi, Fyodor Dolstoyevsky, said about the Greek Civilazation and generally the Greek Nation. We shall then have to overcome that and scrutinize, whether your complaint is truthful and valid, which is the main objective! It is really great and we appreciate it the utmost, whenever visitors of ours tell us the real truth, which drives us to improvement and become better entities, which is the life's goal and destiny! Excellent Service!
The best experience we’ve ever had in any hotel!!! We were welcomed and treated like family the entire time we were here. Gorgeous rooms with amazing view of the sunset right in your own personal balcony. Food was amazing, most especially the dessert and ouzo they serve after dinner. Aegean Wave Hotel will always be our home in Skopelos!

Cozy hotel with view
Nice cozy hotel overlooking port of Glossa run by friendly couple. Great view and nice terrace. A bit difficult to reach without a car. The two additional beds for the kids were pull out couches and not very comfortable. Room otherwise had everything you need.

Very good hotel
In arrival the hotel is amazing. Looks great and liquers and sweets a great welcome. View over bay sensational. Bed and room very comfy. Only issue was shower. Mostly very little water and lights in bathroom subdued. Almost perfect. Walk up from port OK for us because we like walking but 20mins uphill.

Phenomenal Gem
We cannot express enough how beautiful this place is. We will definitely be returning and cannot recommend it enough. The owners are phenomenal- super friendly and hospitable - cannot do enough for you. The hotel itself is out of this world. The views alone make it worth the visit. The rooms are of a superior standard with everything taken care of. The garden area is stunning and the views are spectacular. They welcome you in with complementary home made liquors, and serve food and drinks all home made. Massive room with our own balcony and shockingly reasonable price. The owners arranged our taxi for us to take us on a trip to the famous 'agios giannis' and the beautiful 'glossa' village. I can't emphasise enough how wonderful this place is, and all I can say is make sure you visit - you won't regret it. Purely wonderful in every way.

Dear Katerina, Thank you very much for your email and your request. It is really a great pleasure to co-op with professionals. We have a good experience in wedding operation ceremonies and hopefully you will give us the chance to prove it. Our hotel can accommodate 23 guests, therefore you are advised to book the entire hotel. The average cost is €100.- per room with buffet breakfast included. A 15% commission is calculated in the final price, being the travel agency commission. We have 7 (seven) rooms, that are either studios or suites. You are free to decorate the place the way you would like to do. Music can go on all the night and there are no restrictions. Furthermore, we shall be here and offer you every possible assistance and even organize the whole ceremony, if you would like so, hairdresser, flowers and sweets as well as transfer. Just Amazing-Quality Venue with a view to remember
Antonios and his good lady are the perfect hosts. They welcome you like long lost friends and the quality of the hotel and apartments is amazing. A drink and some local fruit when you arrive and the room had complimentary drinks water and fruit. We had a bedroom and bathroom, sitting area and a perfectly functional and well equipped kitchen. Our own balcony with a breath taking view of the harbour and Skiathos in the distance. The rooms were absolutely spotless and you have a varied and good quality breakfast to set you up for the day. The hotel is just off the road and very peaceful .Don't go anywhere else.

Super Aussicht und sehr gutes Restaurant
Wir wurden von den Eigentümern zuvorkommend empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Die Aussicht über Skopelos und die Bucht ist traumhaft. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und im dazugehörigen Restaurant - wiederum mit tollem Panorama - sehr fein gegessen.

Soggiorno di 7 giorni. Hotel situato in una bella posizione con una vista eccezionale sia dalla camera/terrazza che dalla zona colazione/cena. Proprietari in genere disponibili e gentili. Buona anche la qualità dei pasti, anche se un po' cari rispetto alla media dell'isola (valutazione relativa a due cene consumate al ristorante dell'hotel). Colazione discreta.

Hotel molto curato con una vista mozzafiato. La terrazza splendida per prendere un aperitivo al tramonto. Le camere pulite e molto curate. Lo staff attento e cortese. En primer lugar gracias a Antonis, Vasilis y Giorgos por su atención desde el primer momento hasta el último. Todo ha sido perfecto durante nuestra estancia: la habitación muy grande, limpia y comodísima. We had a nice stay. We liked our room: it was spacious, clean, every facilities we need was there. The staff was very kind and discreet. The view from the breakfast garden was astonishing, we enjoyed it every morning. The breakfast was quite good too, full of tasty dishes, but drinks were bad: fruit juices were very disgusting and they serve Greek coffee only although we saw the espresso on the menu when we had dinner once.

Alles ist zauberhaft in diesem Hotel. Unser Zimmer zum Parkplatz hin war allerdings noch recht spät etwas laut. Ich würde wieder dort buchen...allerdings ein anderes Zimmer wählen.

Perfekt für alle die es ruhig mögen
Wir haben eine Woche im Aegean Wave verbracht und waren hoch zufrieden mit unserer Wahl. Die Zimmer sind modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und die Hanglage bringt einen unglaublich tollen Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Unser Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon, eine zweite, größere Terrasse konnte frei mit genutzt werden. Ein Grund, warum wir hier gebucht hatten, war die kleine Kochnische im Zimmer - so konnten wir auch mal selbst kochen, wenn wir genug vom essen gehen hatten. Ansonsten hat das Hotel ein eigenes Restaurant, das allerdings nur Abends geöffnet hat. (Man kocht hier teilweise sogar mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten!!) Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als ausreichend, vor allem unter dem Aspekt, dass wir in der Nebensaison mit zwei anderen Paaren zeitweise die einzigen Gäste waren, war die Auswahl außerordentlich gut. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und bemüht, die Hotelleitung engagiert, ob Shuttle vom/zum Hafen in Glossa oder Mietwagen für ein paar Tage, alles kein Problem, wir mussten uns um so gut wie nichts kümmern. Die einzige Schwachstelle oder aber ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Die Anlage liegt auf dem Weg vom Hafenort Loutraki nach Glossa - rundherum gibt es absolut nichts. Jemand, der Partyurlaub oder Flaniermeilen mag, ist hier definitiv falsch. Für uns, die in erster Linie im Urlaub entspannen möchten und es daher gerne ruhig haben, war es perfekt.

Bad bad and more BAD!
Extreme unhappy with this choice. Bed is EXTREME HARD! Very uncomfortable! They dont change the towels in the bathroom...EVEN if you put it down on the floor!!! We stayed for 1 Week here, they changed the towels ONE TIME!! When you finish the hotel shampo ( just a small mini bottle, for 1-2 times use ) they dont give you more. Not even a normal soap.We ended up to buy more shampoo and soap from a lokal minimarked!! The food in the restaurant is expensive garbadge. It's not good at all. The "Big Boss" The owner of the palace,thinks its the best kitchen and food on the whole Island. He just laughted at me when I said one night that I had been eaten some local food downtown. He replied that ALL their dishes was "local" and much better. So I tried one time to eat a dinner here, and it was the worst dinner AND expensive I've eaten on the whole Island of Skopelos. The breakfast to is boring. Its dry, cold, some dry cakes and if your lucky, some juice. Very disapointing. You have the feeeling the "boss" is trying to hold back on everything!! Food,service in your room,cleaning etc. You have the feeling he ONLY care about if you want to give him money or not. And as long as you have done that, he don't care more. The staff is friendly, but to not change the towels daily, when putted on the floor as a clear signal is very bad!! And yes, it allmost didn't come ANY water from the shower!! COLD water too! I will not even recommend this to anyone!

They are travel agents!!!! for the information of everybody! We have no time to deal with you now, but shall have do it in due time. One thing is, our principle and our aim: Satisfy the customer, whoever he is and no matter of the colour or the race! This derives from our culture and history and goes back to the ancient ages, thousands of years back! We try hard to improve our quality and service and year by year this become an achievement, which is easily understood when somebody goes through the reviews of most of our visitors. We only face such problems with people that come here and force us to have free holidays. This happens very rare, but though is a minority, still exists and cannot avoid it. Nettes kleines Hotel
das Hotel liegt in Hanglage mit wunderbarer Aussicht von der Terrasse und manchen Wohneinheiten auf den Hafen, das Meer und die gegenüber liegenden Inseln. Es herrscht eine angenehme entspannte Atmosphäre. Antonio ,seine Frau und alle Angestellten haben uns einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt beschert. Viel Spaß hatten wir beim Probelauf für den traditionell griechischen Kochkurs :) . Wichtig ist ein Fahrzeug,damit man die Strände und die Insel erkunden kann.Kastani beach ist traumhaft, Skopelos Town liegt ca 38km entfernt , lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Bellissimo hotel dai tramonti indimenticabili.
Che dire? Impossibile stare meglio in un hotel. Siamo una famiglia di due adulti e un bambino di 10 anni ed abbiamo soggiornato all'"Aegean Wave Hotel" per 7 notti a fine agosto. L'accoglienza è stata subito impeccabile: siamo arrivati al porto di Glossa alle 21.30 circa ed abbiamo trovato il "padrone di casa" Antonio che ci attendeva per accompagnarci in albergo. Nonostante l'ora tarda abbiamo potuto consumare comunque un'ottima cena nel ristorante dell'hotel che abbiamo avuto occasione di frequentare altre volte nel corso del soggiorno, vista la qualità e la location deliziosa, una terrazza fronte mare, dalla quale abbiamo ammirato tramonti indimenticabili. La camera è stata all'altezza di un 4 stelle per l'impeccabile pulizia e per le sue dotazioni (balcone con vista mare, bagno con grande doccia idromassaggio, aria condizionata, angolo cottura a scomparsa con tutto il necessario per cucinare per chi volesse farlo, cassaforte, frigorifero, copertura Wifi molto buona). Per concludere non si può tralasciare l'estrema gentilezza dei proprietari, Antonio e Andromachi, che ci hanno dispensato utili consigli sulle cose da vedere, facendoci sentire come a casa durante questo soggiorno in un'isola meravigliosa che porteremo sempre nel cuore.

Familiäres Hotel mit einem fantastischen Meerblick
Super! Alles vorhanden und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch kleine Kochecke vorhanden. Sehr sauber... Man hat an alles gedacht. Viel Liebe zum Detail! Super Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergang. Die Insel bietet viele schöne Strände und Tavernen. Lohnt sich länger auf der Insel Skopelos zu bleiben. Sehr schön!!!

Le parole non bastano, hotel fantastico
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 notti, la posizione è fantastica e domina il porto di glossa, i proprietari sono stati favolosi. L'hotel dispone di un ristorante / bar panoramico con vista sul mare che rende al meglio al tramonto. Antonio ci ha trovato una macchina e ci ha organizzato una giornata in barca da sogno. Il ristorante sforna colazioni e cene a dir poco ottime. Ambiente tranquillo, camere molto ben arredate, pulizia quotidiana....potessi mi trasferirei a vivere in questo hotel!!!!

Supert hotell på vakker øy
Lite og koselig hotell med flotte rom og helt super utsikt. Ligger for seg selv mellom tettstedene Skopelos og Louvtraki. Perfekt for de som ønsker å bo et rolig sted! Eneste minuset ved vårt opphold var vannet i dusjen som ikke var noe særlig varmt (vi var der tidlig på våren og da var været fortsatt kjølig). De ansatte på hotellet var vennlige og serviceinnstilte, og hjalp oss med både billeie og tips på hva vi burde utforske på øya. God frokost med mye å velge i! Siden hotellet ligger på andre siden av øya i forhold til hovedbyen på øya, anbefales det å leie bil. Da kommer man seg enkelt rundt.
