This holiday home offers a comfortable and natural stay with Lake Dottjärnet right next door. Here you live undisturbed with the forest all around and a babbling brook flowing past the house. A perfect place for relaxation, fishing and nature experiences.   
  
The house can accommodate up to eight people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious entrance with entrance to the laundry room and bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small living room with sofa bed, and a large living room.   
  
The terrace is partially covered and offers a nice view of both the lake and the forest.   
  
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with two beds in each, an extra bathroom with shower and double sinks, and a workplace with a view of the water.   
  
A short walk takes you to the lake where a rowing boat - which is included in the rent - awaits. Dottjärnet is perfect for both swimming, rowing and fishing. The area also has many marked hiking trails through untouched forests, making it easy to discover Swedish nature on foot.   
  
Excursion destinations and activities in the surrounding area:   
  
• Nature reserves and hiking: There are several beautiful nature reserves nearby with trails for both shorter walks and longer day trips.   
  
• Fishing and swimming: Lake Dottjärnet is known for its good fishing. Fish directly from a boat or from land - fishing licenses can be purchased locally.   
  
• Cycling: The area has many gravel roads and minor roads that are ideal for cycling.   
  
• Excursions to nearby communities: Take the car and visit nearby towns with cafes, farm shops, crafts and local museums.   
  
• Berry and mushroom picking: During late summer, the forests around the house are full of blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms.   
  
• Winter: During snowy winters, there is the possibility of cross-country skiing directly in the area.   
  
This is an excellent accommodation for both summer and winter, and is suitable for families, couples or small groups looking for peace, comfort and an active stay in beautiful surroundings.

Nie wieder! Ein marodes Haus, das überall zerfällt und total ungepflegt ist! Als wir ankamen, mussten wir alles putzen, weil alle Oberflächen klebten, als wären sie noch nie geputzt worden. Der Backofen war total siffig, fettig und voller Krusten. Zudem fiel auch noch die Klappe vom Backofen beim ersten Berühren ab, gleichzeitig auch die Eisentür vom Kohlenofen daneben. Am den Decken waren Spinnweben und an manchen Ecken türmte sich der Staub. Die Schiebetür vom Kleiderschrank fiel beim ersten Öffnen aus der Führung und war endgültig kaputt.Der Vermieter kam am nächsten Tag, um alles zu reparieren und behauptete, er hätte zwei Tage vor unserer Ankunft mit seiner Mutter 8 Stunden lang das Haus sauber gemacht!!!! Im Leben nicht! Es war ekelig und fiel alles auseinander!Und ES GIBT KEINE MÜLLTONNEN!!!!!Der Vermieter sagte uns, wir sollten im Ort nach einer Möglichkeit suchen, unseren Müll loszuwerden. Hätten wir die zweite Woche nicht woanders noch gebucht, wären wir direkt wieder abgereist!Einziger Vorteil: die Lage! Man ist völlig allein auf einem riesen Grundstück an einem See. Ideal mit Hund. ABER: Vorsicht beim Versuch, mit dem hauseigenen Boot auf den See zu rudern! Direkt an dem (von Regenwasser gefülltem) Ruderboot sind die völlig verrosteten Ölfässer, die mal unter dem Steg waren, im Wasser und laden dazu ein, sich die Füße und Beine aufzuschneiden!Absolute Geldverschwendung und völlig ekelig!Ein Stern ist NUR für die Lage!
