Hilltop views but a bit remote
Nice hotel, good sized rooms, comfortable bed. The only problem is that it is a steep hill to get to the hotel so really needs a car or bike although they did provide a shuttle which cost the same as a taxi. Staff were friendly, breakfast was average

Stunning Views, Good Food and great service.
Nice basic hotel, but with great service. There were 2 ladies working there during our 1 night stay - an older and a younger lady. Both very friendly and helpful. Food (both breakfast as well as lunch) was great. View was magnificent. Pool was great. We booked it as it was near the airport for our flight home the next day. Generally the location isn't ideal for the town as you need to take a taxi to get in to the town. Only a 5-7 minute drive, but still 6-7 euros each way.

they view from the pool was breathtaking....food was excellent though I wish they had more variety of food on off hours. I thought it was walking distance from city center and it really wasn't.....

Beautiful pool and view
The pool and view at this hotel are stunning. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the young lady working behind the bar. The rooms were clean and spacious. However they were dated and the bathroom especially could do with updating. Also there are alot of little bugs so need to keep windows and patio door shut. Would recommend this hotel and will hopefully go back. But would say ask for a sea view and not a pool view in future. Overall, for the price, this was well worth it and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great balance between hotel and apartment
Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Great view from the pool. You need a car but if you have one it's a 5 min ride to the town. Upon arrival, go to the pool bar which serves as the reception (that one was a bit confusing) but the staff is very friendly and helpful! Would definately stay again!

Vigles Aparthotel
It is a very beautiful place to be: comfortable, peaceful and with amazing views. However, it does seem to have a bit of an identity crisis! We really wanted somewhere where we could do some self-catering, and Vigles' website does claim that its rooms have "well-equipped kitchenettes". In fact there was a fridge, a sink, 6 plates and 3 bowls. No cups or glasses, no kettle or cooking ring. So we couldn't even make a cup of tea. We were told that it was being transformed into a hotel, but the sign outside states "Vigles Apartments" and don't hotel rooms always have a couple of drinking glasses? And don't hotels serve meals apart from breakfast and snacks? In reality it seems to be becoming a B and B, with coffee and beer at hotel prices. Next time we'll take at travel kettle, and eat all our meals at the fabulous Agnadio Taverna, 5 minutes walk down the road!
