"The location and surroundings of the property are beautiful. The views are amazing. The decor of the villas are dated and basic, but comfortable, functional and clean. I stayed for 2 nights. There’s no wifi and only free to air from Ballarat. Novel. But I loved the quiet and the view and I would go back. "

Some of the provided amenities are a bit worn - coffee maker leaked, there was partially visible grafitti on the gas fireplace, somewhat dirty door, but the view of apollo bay more than made up for it. "A great place to stay, clean, convenient and quiet location, close to supermarket. We were given an upgrade to a spacious renovated room upstairs. Some other renovations are going on in the property. Microwave oven, toaster, kettle and cutleries are provided adequate to have a simple meal in room. Guest laundry is available for use.
