Large rolling country Feild’s surround 3 sides. The property was good in general, BUT the house smelled like someone just smoked in it, had to open all windows to try to air it out. The fake leather couch has huge peeled spot on it, looks very sad and nasty, not sure who can sit on it! The house was a great location for our 4 th of July wedding weekend. Close to town and The Sinclair where the wedding was. The house was clean and the hosts were great ! Plenty of parking for our large group and the mini golf next door was a great for extra entertainment ! I would definitely start there again if I headed back up to Skaneateles!! ##### Karen A.
