Private: garden 700 m2 (fenced), natural garden. Boules, parking (for 2 cars). Shop, grocery 200 m, supermarket 2.2 km, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach "La coudoulière" 900 m. Sports harbour 1.7 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Nearby attractions: Parcs naturel des Calanques, de Port Cros et Porquerolles, Et Sites Préservés, Parc Aquatique. Hiking paths: Massifs de la Sainte Baume et, Sainte Victoire. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Six-Fours les Plages, 3 km.  
5-room house 100 m2 on 3 levels. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin, shower and TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. 1 small children's room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Bath/WC. Large terrace 20 m2, south facing position and west facing position, large terrace 25 m2 partly roofed, north facing position and, east facing position.
