Nestled in the heart of a 35-hectare landscaped park, this apartment is the ideal place to stay for an unforgettable vacation. Beachfront, in the Coudoulière area, offering easy access to the beach and port, just 100 meters away. All shops and amenities are nearby, 150 meters away. Leisure: Enjoy water activities, sea trips to the surrounding islands, the treetop leisure park and much more. Comfort: The 38 square meter apartment has a 12 square meter terrace with sea views. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower Italian. Equipment: Equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge), TV, Hifi, WIFI.
