Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you! The apartment comprises \- 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed (160x200) \- Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (180x200) \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot. Paid public parking lots are also available just a 5-minute walk away.
