A very nice stay in a charming location. Sitia has an excellent beach and a bustling waterfront just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is good and the staff are extremely obliging.

This was an excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Spa offered luxurious and relaxing treatments which added to my overall holiday experience. I would recommend it to anybody looking for special Greek destination.

Great location, friendly staff, very nice hotel. Three tho gs that could be improved. - workout machines in the gym are way outdated for a 5 star hotel - seems that the floors in the rooms do not get sweeped very often. There are piles of dust and dirt, especially in the corners - very difficult for vegetarians to find enough to eat at the buffet besides just same salads every day.

There were some mosquitos in the room. Have some itchy bites today. My husband could barely fit in the shower. Property is beautiful and very few signs there was just a 6.3 earthquake there. East access to the beach with free sunbeds. Nice beach for swimming.

Decent hotel but not 4 stars standard
Great location near the bars and restaurant of the city centre. Bathroom was quite small - bed was comfortable - the breakfast had plenty of options but the quality was disappointing. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel as we preferred exploring a new place each day and had dinners in town. It’s a decent hotel but not the 4 stars standard you’d expect in Paris or London.

Basic room. No shampoo or room luxuries. Have to pay for bottled water. Balcony was dirty. Buffet dinner was ok, nothing special to eat. Desserts taken by youngsters and not replenished. By 8.30 all being cleared away by noisy staff. More like 3 star. Woken early by noisy dog kennels nearby.

A ‘5 Star’ weekend
Sitia Beach exceed our expectations given that it is out of season and many hotels and attractions are closed. The hotel staff; from management to cleaners were not only the ultimate professionals but we received 5 star hospitality, and went beyond duty and ositoon. I cannot praise this hotel enough and will be recommending to others and returning one day hopefully. We travel all over the world and although 5 stars varies hugely across the world I can honestly say we had a ‘5 star’ weekend. Thank you Sitia Beach; especially Anna and Alex, keep up the good work! A super Beach Resort Hotel.
An excellent 5-star resort hotel in a very accessible position. Good parking, very efficient check-in, fab free Raki & snacks, lovely comfortable sea-view room, nice big TV. The dining area was spacious and well-furnished. Great choice of tasty food choices including local Cretan cuisine. Our waiter, Nicos was charming & accommodating. More free Raki! All in all a most comfortable stay.

Excellent welcome and upgrade for my birthday, lovely pool, excellent staff. Food in buffet was nice although i only stayed one night. Drinks price very reasonable, very nice spa and treatments reasonably priced. Overall a very nice hotel. I recommend the sea view suite, beautiful spacious room. Only improvements i could suggest are: Breakfast - egg station instead of over cooked eggs on buffet Drinks service with dinner Coffee percolator or cafetiere in room as nescafe is the most disgusting thing ever ! Nice hotel, but misleading, not enough information. Most of the facility close, just breakfast open and hotel rooms were empty. If informed well, would not book this time of the year.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel, near an okay beach and close to Sitia centre. Breakfast buffet has good selection. Room was nice, clean, comfortable with a good balcony.

I wouldn't classify this hotel as 5 star Although we were there in the down season they still advertised 5 star although the restaurant, spa, shop and massage parlour were all shut. When we first walked into the room I was absolutely appalled at the smell of stale cigarettes. The shower was the smallest we've had the entire time in Greece. Breakfast was pretty terrible too. On the plus side - great views with a nice big balcony to hang out on. The courtyard is pretty stunning and there's plenty of parking.

Ticked all the boxes, especially staff service.
We stayed here for 4 nights early November for some R&R after touring the rest of Crete. We had an all inclusive deal with a standard room. Our room was fairly spacious, lots of storage room, comfy beds, en-suite okay with over the bath shower. Good A/C. Two swimming pools, one large pool good for children. The other pool is close to a busy road, some traffic noise but not a major problem. Public rooms and dining room adequate, nothing too spectacular. Quite a long drive from Heraklion airport, but beautiful scenery along the way. Local airport Sitia has flights from Athens.

The hotel is a rather ugly concrete structure, but has excellent facilities and is close to the narrow sandy beach of Sitia. The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is worth being aware that this end of Crete (and the hotel) is largely visited by French tourists, so if you are looking for fellow Brits you are likely to be in the minority. With a hire car the hotel is a good base from which to explore most of the eastern end of the island. We visited the hotel in early May 2015 and the days were sunny with temperatures in the mid to high 20's. We stayed on a Half Board basis and regretted it ! The hotel restaurant is well laid out and situated overlooking the main swimming pool. All meals are served 'Buffet style'. Please be aware that although soft drinks are readily available in the dining room on a self-serve basis, these are NOT included in the half board rate. There was an excellent variety of food served every morning and evening BUT, although it was all freshly cooked, it was all served LUKEWARM ! We did not have one properly hot meal in the hotel during our entire stay. We tried visiting the dining room both early and late but the temperature of the food was the same. This was a great shame as the food was well presented with an excellent choice. We would have given a higher overall rating for this hotel if the food had been served at a reasonable temperature.

Good hotel close to the beach
The hotel was fine but should not be awarded with 5 stars. The infrastructure is a bit old, the water on the pools was really cold and it´s not possible to swim or play in any of them. Rooms are fine but also cold and was very unconfortable at night. Seems the hotel is prepared only for summer conditions, but if the weather is cold outsider it is also the same inside the hotel.

Well appointed hotel across from the beach
I have stayed on several ocasions at this hotel. The staff are excellent and genuinely happy to serve you. The breakfast buffet was plentifull with a variety of choices. Room cleanliness was top notch, with alot of amenities availabel. The free wi-fi was surprisingly fast. The only negative I would say are the beds, perhaps in my room the mattresses were due for a change, but its my personal preference I guess. I would gladly return to this hotel.

The hotel staff were not friendly or accommodating...the upgraded room was pretty small for a five star hotel. Definitely not worth the money. Wifi was bad. Location was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel.
