 Ocean Spirit House is a beautiful holiday home just 1 minute from the beach in the Vinyet area, with a communal pool and private parking.  
  
 The house has a capacity of 8 guests. On the first floor there is the living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a patio for dining and a small private garden. On the second floor of the house there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Towels and sheets are provided for your comfort.  
  
 If you are looking for space and not to be in the center but a little further away in a very quiet and charming area, this is the ideal house.  
  
 Main features:- Maximum guests: 8  
\- Bedrooms: 4  
\- Bathrooms: 2  
\- Double bed: 3  
\- Individual bed: 2  
  
 Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)  
\- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm  
\- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.  
\- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50  
  
 Output information:- Check out time is 11am  
\- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.  
\- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
