 This beautiful apartment is located in Vinyet de Sitges, a quiet residential area with low-rise houses. 200 meters from the beach and about 10 minutes walk from the center of Sitges.  
  
 The apartment has air conditioning and heating, a large private garden, private parking, 3 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms and a separate kitchen.  
  
 Located on the ground floor, all on one level, it resembles a house because it has its own private pedestrian entrance and the parking is for the exclusive use of our guests. It has a private garden equipped with an electric awning, sun loungers, a large table and chairs for dining. The garden is a splendid space for breakfast or dinner by candlelight.  
  
 The apartment is accessed through the large windows overlooking the garden. Upon entering we find the living room with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything necessary to prepare any meal.  
  
 The main room has a double bed of 1.50 x 2 m and access to the garden. There is air conditioning and large wardrobes.  
  
 The second bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.35 x 1.90 m, air conditioning and a door leading to the front patio of the apartment.  
  
 The third room has 1 single bed and a window overlooking the interior patio.  
  
 There is 1 full bathroom with shower and a toilet.  
  
 It is a ground floor located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of Sitges, ideal for families or groups of 5 people.

I have rarely had a worse experience with a property manager. She raced through our orientation and did not explain how to use any appliances. When I needed a lightbulb replaced and instructions on how to work the washing machine, she kept me waiting for two days and argued with me. No one checked on how our stay was going. There was no dryer so we had to wear dirty clothes for two days and do our best to air-dry towels and clothes. I would never return or recommend this company to anyone. Let’s see how long it takes to return my deposit or whether they come up with excuses to keep it.

#### Agreable sejour dans un lieu un peu decevant

L’appartement etait annoncé comme exceptionnel. Il est sympa mais un peu vieillot. Et une 2nde salle de bains promise ds l’annonce n’existe pas.A 5, on faisait un peu la queue pour se doucher.Les ustensiles de cuisine (poeles) etaient mal lavés.Le jardinet est agreable mais les canisses de la cloture s’effritent et j’avais peur que mon chien ne s’echappe.Nous avons passé un bon sejour mais la 2eme salle de bain promise nous a manqué. Le tarif semble donc surévalué.
