The “Peak-a-View” Retreat, located in desirable Pine Meadow Village, is a well-appointed condo offering vaulted ceilings, open kitchen/dining/living area, and single story convenience in a sparkling clean and stylish space. It accommodates 4 comfortably, 6 if you don’t mind being cozy! There is a large main bedroom and bath ensuite with walk-in closet; the 2nd bedroom has access to the second full bathroom just across the hall. The living room sofa folds out into a comfortable double bed for extra guests while both a toddler sized bed and a Pak n Play is are available for children. Both bathrooms provide soaps, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers, extra razors… while the kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and appliances you could need and is well stocked providing a variety of spices, foil and baggies, etc . A/C to stay cool in the summer, and central heating plus a gas fireplace for winter nights. The west-facing patio and living room let you soak up unparalleled Central Oregon scenery with views of 5 mountains and a lovely water feature, while the deck provides multiple seating areas. The PMV amenities include a clubhouse, seasonal swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and paved walking paths in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. Just minutes away to the famous shops and restaurants of downtown -you literally can walk, or bike to town if you choose. For your safety, and our peace of mind when the home is unoccupied, there are RING cameras located above the front and back doors of the home. All videos are for security purposes only, and videos of no concern are promptly deleted. The amenities really stood out. A charging station in the kitchen with various cords, kids games and books, candy jar, condiments in the fridge and pantry, fully loaded kitchen, the Polaroid camera, plush bedroom carpet, and plenty of throw blankets and towels. My kids loved the French doors to the spare bedroom and their own tv. The location and view are fantastic! The best part of the location, besides the pond and pool proximity, is that Brunchies is within walking distance. A must try! Typically the digital locks at rentals are a pain, but this one was super easy. The beds are definitely firm, but nice. The pillows are plentiful and soft and the house was very clean.
