Welcome to your coastal home away from home! This thoughtfully designed property offers comfort and versatility with a king bed, queen bed, and two bunk options – perfect for families or groups. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and a spacious deck with an outdoor shower and BBQ area for easy entertaining. Professionally managed by Moxxi Property, your stay promises both relaxation and reliability.

Step into a light-filled, family-friendly space designed for easy coastal living. The open-plan kitchen and dining area provide everything you need for home-cooked meals, while the living space flows seamlessly onto the deck, where a BBQ and alfresco dining setup await. With one bathroom, a king bed, a queen bed, and two bunk setups (one double with a single above, one with two singles), this home offers versatile sleeping arrangements. An outdoor shower is perfect after beach days, while the deck invites you to sip local wines and enjoy the scenery.

Getting Around  
  
While a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area, guests can also explore nearby attractions on foot or by bike. Public transport options and rideshare services are available for longer trips, making it easy to experience everything the region has to offer.  
  
Other things to note:   
  
\- A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by the agreed time, with an additional charge for every 15 minutes thereafter.  
  
\- We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
