I liked the layout with the large primary bedroom off of the dining room with its own bathroom on one side and our college aged kids each had their own room on the other side of the house. One morning my daughter and I walked into town to shop while the boys golfed as it was located super convenient to town. The kitchen had all the basics to prepare a meal and we cooked dinner 2 nights there. We appreciated the big bag of ice left in the freezer!
