Easy parking was a plus at this property. The rooms were well appointed. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The hotel restaurant was very good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Location to the heart of the city made it easy walking.

comfortable, classic and ideally located
apart from some service staff in the restaurant trying to rush us through, the food was very good. The hotel is in a stylish modern building next to the cathedral with a splendid atrium, pity they don't serve the food in that space.

Comfortable hotel - worth a visit
Our second stay here. Good location walking distance to bars and restaurants. Comfortable room and spacious public areas. Good safe parking. Good food, excellent breakfast. Swimming pool. Good price.

Great Hotel for Business.
I traveled to La Seu d'Urgell for business and the Parador Hotel was a perfect choice. The rooms were large, very clean and the service was good. The swimming pool is very nice but the gym not so much. The breakfast buffet had a vast selection and the evening restaurant was also awesome.

Very disappointing stay. Why they have to charge to use the car park. Internet is totally useless, worst I have ever come across. Our balcony was disgusting, it was filthy, and someone had been smoking and left about 50 cigarette ends in a plant pot. This was right outside our balcony door, making it impossible to sit out and enjoy. Checkout was very slow, many people waiting and only 1 person on reception.

For the price, OK but not a great value
Room was very nice, but not large or special for a relatively high price point. Front desk service was good but not excellent. More energetic and creative hotel management could make it a first class property. Restaurant Menu falls short of gourmet aspirations. I was astonished to be served glasses of wine from two different "selections of the chef" that were each very bad. How hard is it for a "gourmet" restaurant to serve wine as what I can buy at a store around the corner for less than two Euros?

Disappointing Parador. Room was quite small, as was the bathroom. The atrium is very pretty indeed for having a beer/accessing wifi/reading the paper but the roof leaked when it rained. Couldn't get wifi in the room. Overall, overpriced for where you are and what you get. Nicely located as it is only a very short walk from free parking and also from the town. They really do need to work on the staff: we stayed in 5 hotels in 2 weeks in northern Spain and the staff here were by far the least friendly or interested in their guests. Here's just one example: a receptionist wouldn't help me out making a local call (I wasn't asking the hotel to pay for it) and sent me back to my room to do it on my own! I have stayed in Paradors before so I know they can do much better.

Great stay
We stayed over for one night as we were road tripping through Catalonia. The parador was perfectly located. The town itself is beautiful and charming. Our room had a fantastic view of the mountains. Free wifi. Parking was 8 euro. Highly recommend it

Excellent Hotel - Dull Town
We booked this Parador for 2 nights as one of our stopping points in the Pyrenees during a trip that started in Barcelona and ended in Madrid. The hotel itself is very nice but the town was dull - really nothing there. Not picturesque at all. We were there in the summer and the town seemed empty. Many restaurants were closed. Perhaps it is more lively during ski season. The breakfast was great - huge selection. Our room was very nice with a view of the mountains. We went on a day hike in the national park. Great views although the trails are poorly marked. Skip visiting Andorra. Nothing but shopping for tax-free alcohol, tobacco, jewelry or perfume. Lots of traffic and smog. A mini-Manhattan squeezed into a mountain valley. We intended to eat dinner there but left quickly instead. Andorra is a bummer.

Très bel hôtel, agréable, piscine d'intérieur vraiment top pour se relaxer et nager un peu. Personnel au top. Par contre parking payant, bof, et en cas de grosse pluie : il pleuvait dans le lobby !!!

Tranquilo y bien situado
Cumple con lo que esperas de un Parador: bien situado, confortable y en un edificio singular, aunque necesita una renovación. La habitación era amplia, silenciosa y con camas cómodas. El bar me decepcionó, un viernes a la 22:30 h, habías de tocar un timbre para que acudiera alguien a la barra y que además no tenía ni idea de como servir una copa.
