Location: quiet area of ​​Sirolo, with the town center and all the main services within walking distance in a few minutes. 200 meters from the property there is also the stop for free shuttles to and from the beaches.  
  
Description: ground floor apartment. Entrance to living area with sofa and access to the paved outdoor area, with air conditioning, equipped with table and chairs where you can eat - separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher - master bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to a double bed - second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to a double bed - new bathroom with shower.  
  
In the house you will find a portable air conditioner and an electric fan.  
  
External laundry area with washing machine and dryer shared with apartment S333 located upstairs.  
  
The property includes free wi-fi and a reserved parking space. Pets are not allowed.  
  
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a solution that includes a second apartment upstairs, with code S333, also viewable and available on our website for reservations.
