It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Private garage - 1 parking space The strong point is the garden with outdoor dining table. There is also a balcony in the double bedroom. The apartment has recently been completely renovated and furnished with designer furniture. The Brema beach is an equipped beach perfect for renting umbrellas, sunbeds or pedal boats and SUP. A free beach is also available. Central location to reach the historic center of Sirmione on foot or with a shuttle service. Italian Homing is a 2.0 property management company. Completely automated, from 2020 it offers modern and fast self check-in facilities.
